Katie Davies chosen as World Book Day author!
Katie Davies has been chosen as one of 2011′s World Book Day authors – The Great Pet Shop Panic will appear in a £1 flipbook with a new instalment from Andy Cope’s Spy Dog series (Puffin).
The Great Pet-Shop Panic is a prequel to The Great Hamster Massacre, which features the arrival of the Pet Shop in the village and Tom and Anna and Suzanne’s plan to steal a pet (as they can’t afford to buy one). Chaos ensues as they attempt a heist and Tom ends up grabbing a spider – but is it really the terrifying tarantula he suspects?
